A Vision You Can Believe In
A Bit of Background
Esther’s Organization was created to fill the void of community based informal learning programs.
Our focus is on providing informal learning opportunities to school-aged youth and young adults up to age 26.
Our goal is to help youth and young adults to obtain 21st Century skills for work and life.
To achieve this we have created the eSTEAM Club, a suite of program offerings dedicated exclusively to interest youth in rural areas in STEAM careers, provide opportunities to engage in informal STEAM learning opportunities, and to support local STEAM PBL programs and education.

This program provides opportunities for youth to engage in hands-on STEAM projects while developing soft skills that build confidence, promote independence, and encourage creativity.
We place emphasis on collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
Summer Day Camp
We offer a summer learning experience that is fun, informative, and unique.
The camp is designed to be a fun, informal, immersive summer learning experience. Campers will create art, build devices, machines, and electronics, learn to collaborate, and build leadership skills.
Campers will eventually be grouped by their ages and interests. As campers progress through the program they will gain valuable skills from STEAM PBL Facilitators who are invested in the advancement of our participants and our community as a whole.
eSTEAM Club After School
The eSTEAM Club is proud to announce that in 2020 we will launch our after-school initiative in Gastonia, NC. This program is set to offer opportunities for tutoring in reading and math, homework help, and engaging STEAM projects and workshops.
